Why Rebuilding American Industry Is a Moral, Economic, and Spiritual Imperative

I’m tired of watching our country get hollowed out while the elite sit in their ivory towers telling us it’s all “for the greater good.” The truth is — we’re being robbed. Our jobs, our industries, our independence — stripped away piece by piece. And most folks don’t even realize it’s happening.
Look around. Hardworking Americans can barely find a product with “Made in the USA” stamped on it. Our cars, phones, clothing, our kids’ toys — all shipped in from overseas. Even our medicine, the stuff that keeps our loved ones alive, comes from countries that don’t have our best interest at heart. If the world turned on us tomorrow, what would we have? We gave up self-reliance for cheap stuff — and it's a deal we never should've made.
The middle class — the backbone of this country — has been gutted. Factories closed. Skills lost. Families shattered by job loss and economic despair. All so global corporations could pad their profits.
But I believe God gave us this land for a reason — and it’s our responsibility to take care of it, build it up, and leave it stronger for the next generation. That means rebuilding our economy on American soil, not foreign shores. And if that means tariffs, if that means paying a little more to support our neighbor's job, then so be it.
And let’s be honest — the media doesn’t have a clue. They’re not “analyzing” anything, they’re just reacting. Orange man bad, rinse and repeat. They don’t actually care what the tariffs will do — they just hate Trump and anything tied to American strength or independence. But here’s the truth: we don’t even know yet what the tariffs will do. What we do know is this — depending on foreign nations has failed us, and it's time to try something different.
This isn’t about hate for other countries. It’s about love for our own. Love for our families, our communities, and our God-given freedom. I want my children and grandchildren to grow up in a nation that makes things again — that works hard, stands tall, and doesn’t bow to global powers.
I want to see Made in the USA on:
Our cars and trucks
Phones, computers, and tablets
Clothes, shoes, and boots
Drones, toys, yarn, fishing gear, skateboards, bikes
And yes, even the medicines we depend on to care for the ones we love
It’s not just about economics — it’s about dignity. It’s about being able to provide for your family without relying on a broken system. It’s about honoring the values that made this country strong — faith, hard work, sacrifice, and community.
Rebuilding this won’t be easy — but it’s doable with the right leadership, policy, and willpower.
Tariffs are one lever, but we also need:
✅ Tax breaks for domestic manufacturers
✅ Deregulation for small factories
✅ And maybe even “patriot” labeling — so we can proudly choose American-made goods with confidence
We need to wake up, turn back to God, and take care of our own — because no one else will.
“But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. For each will have to bear his own load.”
— Galatians 6:4-5
It’s time to stop outsourcing our future and start fighting for it — right here at home.
Faith. Family. Freedom. That’s what I stand for.
Let’s be a nation of builders again.
